Portablov is a product built and operated by Blov Inc. ("Blov", "we", "us"). This page describes how we handle personal data and customer data when you use Portablov.

Account information: name, work email, organization name, and an encrypted password (or, when you sign in with Microsoft or Google, the identity claims that provider gives us).

Estate data you connect: when you authorize a read-only connection to a source or destination platform, Portablov reads schema, records, and user metadata to produce your assessment. Credentials for those connections are stored encrypted and are never returned by any API response.

Product usage: request logs (with credential-shaped values redacted) and, on the public marketing site only, aggregate analytics via PostHog.

To run the assessment you asked for, operate your account, and — only if you request it — plan and execute a migration.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer estate data to train models or for any purpose outside delivering the product to the organization that connected it.

Estate data and account data are retained for as long as your organization has an active workspace. You can request deletion of your account, your organization's data, or a specific connection at any time by contacting us below.

The "explore the demo estate" experience runs against entirely synthetic, fabricated fixture data — no real customer, company, or individual's information. It is labeled "Demo data" everywhere it appears in the product.
